What about my BT or cable company phone  connection? Do I get rid of that?

No, you need your BT or cable line for your broadband connection. You can also decide to make phone calls from your Voip phone and accept incoming calls on your BT or cable phone. So nothing really changes. In fact it means you are not tying up the BT or cable lines for out-going calls, thus enabling you to receive more calls from your clients. You gain 3 extra lines and one 0845 (local rate) phone number. You can also have a wireless phone using WIFI technology. See below
 

I don't want to use a softphone I want to use a standard telephone

No problem, you can get an adapter so your broadband connection will work with a standard BT type phone or we can supply you with a special broadband phone which works just like an ordinary phone. Or you can use the Softphone with mike and headset. For more info about our phones Click here
 

What about voicemail? Can I retrieve my messages easily?

Voicemail cannot be easier. You will be sent an email attaching a wav. file so you can have your message sent to your email address ensuring you will always be on top of your calls.
Play your messages on line by email.
You'll be able to forward voicemails to others as an email attachment or even save them to your PC's hard drive. Most of the popular media player formats are supported.
 

What about faxes?

We can supply you a special fax number which will will redirect to your email address. Never miss a fax again.
 

I have heard about wireless phones working with a pc. WIFI - What does this mean?

How does 1p sound? Most UK calls are 1.1p /min or less. This really will reduce your phone bill.

Calls to mobiles are about 11.35p peak time. Calls to the USA and Canada less than 1p/min.
